I really love your description of Autumn has a returning, such a lovely thought. I have been working with a water colour kit that I bought about 3 years ago. Its been a joy
Taylor, I lived in Seattle for a few years, and this is my second winter back in New England…I gotta say I miss the mild temps of the PNW! But I love the beauty you are finding in a Maine winter - a special wildness all its own.
I too have been finding both reading and writing more and more centering (though the amount of books I want to read totally stresses me out sometimes, haha!). Re: ecstatic dance -- picture a group of grown ups in a broad range of ages and backgrounds, totally substance-free, dancing around like 6 year olds to loud, encompassing music for two hours. A time for getting out of the mind and into the body. It always feels a little awkward to start but then it becomes SO GOOD. If there's one in your area I totally recommend trying it out!
I love this! Thanks for explaining it. I think I already get a little taste of this dancing with my two toddlers. More things like this for adults, please! Too many of us have lost our sense of play. This sounds amazing!

oh I love this! I have one too and I barely ever take it out... I wonder if it's time to give it a whirl
Definitely 💯 do it

This is beautiful. Thank you for including me!
Thank you for that gorgeous description of the coast of Maine this season! Reading and writing has been bringing me back to myself (slowly).
Excuse me while I google ecstatic dance…😄

Thank you for reminding me to return to ecstatic dance soon, for the magical pictures that make me miss seasons, and for the feature! 🥰
I've been wanting to try it for so long - I'm so glad I'm now in a location that allows me to do it in a group/class! I'm hooked 💃
